Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups boiled rice


  • 1 cups beetroot pury


  • 1/2 cups chopped onions


  • 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 cups chopped capsicum


  • 3 tbsp chopped garlic,ginger,chilly


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan take 2 tablespoon oil,add chilly,ginger,garlic,chopped onions and stir fry for 1 min.
  • Add capsicum,tomatoes and stir fry for 1 min.
  • Add beetroot pury and stir fry for 2 min.
  • Add boiled rice,salt and mix well for 2 min.
  • then Switch off Gas and put the rice in serving dish and garnish with pomegranate seeds
